Seven ways to have a long and healthy life

Seven ways to have a long and healthy life

As good as modern medical technology is, it can never save you from the troubles caused by lifestyle. Instead of getting a modern medical reform for every problem, live in such a way that it is better to never fall ill.

Better than prevention, here are seven tips on how to live a long and healthy life. Apart from this, the same lifestyle which helps you to avoid the disease also helps you to lose weight.

1. Exercise regularly.

Earlier people used to practice physical and remain healthy. Today, people often fall ill due to material happiness. One does not have to do manual labor in such a life. This physical inactivity is one of the main causes of a host of diseases. The game is going on. Walking and other things should be added to our lives if we do not need to physically exert ourselves for our normal work. I always do the physical to be healthy.

2. Sleep when you sleep

It may seem simple, but many people get up late too when their body is telling them that it is time to sleep. Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that it is better to sleep at night and stay active during the day. However, people like students consume coffee and stimulants to study late into the night. Others develop a habit of staying active at night and sleeping during the day. While we can do this, it ultimately takes a toll on health. Alternative health doctors say that this kind of unnatural life is to invite cancer and other diseases.

3. Eat when you are hungry

This is also an idea, but once again we often go against body messages. If you eat out of habit or due to social pressure at certain times of the day, when you have no real hunger, you are not able to digest your food properly. Acidity and indigestion begin, contributing to the possibility of more complex diseases. Loss of appetite is indeed a sign of good health, but if you have no appetite then you should wait a bit and then eat. (If you have no appetite even after waiting for the appropriate time, you should consult a doctor because something is wrong.)

4. Live on a regular, systematic basis.

If you cannot do any person 365 days per year without any rest. But we have never bothered to ask or think about our digestive organs, which we are forced to work day after day without rest. They cannot resist the way someone does to their boss, but they signal to us that they cannot work non-stop. When we ignore those signals and still force them to work, those organs are broken. That is why periodic fasting is necessary. Avoid eating for a full day. It relaxes your digestive organs and also helps eliminate wastes from your body. Regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuit. Fasting is not for sermons in a cave, but a sensible practice that anyone can practice.

5. Wash hands and feet with cold water before going to bed.

As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for the maintenance of health. If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, hands, eyes, feet, mouth, genitalia) before using cold water, it will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep.

6. Meditate regularly

Your body is connected to your mind. Many diseases of this era are psychosomatic. Stress and anxiety affect our physical health. Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life. Learn a simple technique and do it regularly.

7. Get up early every day

Once again the old saying, "Early in bed, getting up early makes a person healthy, wealthy and intelligent." I don't know if it will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthier. Your body just needs enough sleep, neither too much nor too little.

Follow these suggestions and make a habit of staying healthy.
